In the unlikely event you receive artwork that is damaged in transit, please be sure to save the item, the damaged container, as well as all other packaging materials and contact us within 7 days at service@astraeos.com or our customer service department at 1-888-658-3432. We will make every effort to expedite the creation of a replacement piece.
